Prayers that Activates Potential

1. Prayer for Self-Reflection

Dear God, search me and know my heart. Test me and know my anxious thoughts. Show me if there's any offensive way in me and lead me in the way everlasting. (Psalm 139:23-24)

2. Prayer for Transformation

Dear God, search me and learn my heart. Test me and learn my anxious thoughts. See if there's any offensive way in me and guide me in the way everlasting. (Psalm 139:23-24)

3. Prayer for Purpose

Show me, Lord, Your purpose for my life. Make me understand my God-given potential and live that out to Your glory.

4. Prayer for Strength

I can do all this through Him who gives me strength. Make me able to bring forth that treasure You have buried within me. Philippians 4:13

5. Prayer for Guidance

Guide me, O Lord, in the way everlasting; Lead me to the discovering of my potential and living up to it.

6. Prayer for Mind Renewal

Lord, renew my mind to think your thoughts. My mind is to be transformed to align with whatever purpose you have for my life.

Thank You, Lord, that You who began the good work in me will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6

May these prayers be an encouragement and motivation for one to go through the book "Am I Living Up to My Potential?" by Mabrig Korie.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

Dear Reader,

You are holding in your hands not just a book but a spiritual compass—a beacon of hope, aglow with the eternal wisdom of the Scripture. 'Am I Living Up to My Potential?' is no ordinary question; it is a Divine invitation to journey into realms of transformation where the very definition of your God-prescribed purpose could be redefined forever. As you turn these pages, you will be confronted with one of life's most profound inquiries—one that resonates with a plea from the psalmist: "Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting" (Psalm 139:23-24). This book is born from the understanding that in every one of us, there lies a colossal source of untapped potential—a gift from our creator yearning for full expression. It would be in this light, and through a perusal of the said chapters, that we would learn about the potential of humankind, as unveiled by the Scripture. We will learn the different kinds of limiting beliefs that resulted from Paul's urging, "be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2). You'll discover how with biblical wisdom, it's possible to beat procrastination, form some life-transforming habits, and adopt a continuously growing mind. Each chapter concludes with prayers, decrees, and declarations, calling you to work not only with your mind but also with your spirit in this journey. As James points out, "faith without works is dead" (James 2:26), and so we couple spiritual reflection. The purpose of living up to full potential is not to achieve great things in the world but to actualize the purposes for which God created you. As Paul says, "I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:14).Let it not just be that the last page is read with a clearer vision of the potential this God has placed in you, but that those tools, motivation, spiritual fortitude, and more, you will go for it with insane resolve. Thus, let all this be a great companion to this search for Whom the Lord would want you to be. Resonate in echo through Paul's words: "I can do everything through him who gives me strength" (Philippians 4:13).Now, are you ready to start manifesting the hidden treasure that God has put inside of you? Let's take this transformational drive together with the assurance of this: "And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6).

In His grace and for His glory,

[Mabrig Korie]

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. — Ephesians 3:2
